CanadaPoor finishing on a nice product. Bad customer service
Very cute shacket but the main problem is that the pocket lining isn’t properly attached. When you put anything in the pockets, the inner lining hangs out below the shacket. Less bothersome are the numerous short threads sticking out all over (poor finishing). Customer service seems to be lacking. I left a chat comment on a long weekend asking why my first item discount code wasn’t working with this (my first item). I had to buy it anyway because of timing but I never received a response. Instead, I’ve been receiving marketing emails. It’s a shame because the shacket is soft and cute.
