Shipping and Returns Policy
Should you wish to make a return, if item is eligible (see Discounted Items/Special Collections/Promotions section), you may return it to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving it. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We ask that the goods should be returned unworn and packaged as per the original order with all tags in place, folded and wrapped in the original packaging. We will email to confirm when a return has been received and aim for refunds to be processed within 7 days.
Please note, we do not refund shipping costs/duties and taxes incurred. Nor do we cover the charge for returns/exchanges to be sent back to us, with the exception of goods that are faulty.
LAST DAY TO ORDER
Select Express Shipping to get your order for December 25th for British Columbia and US addresses. Shipping times may differ depending on FedEx delays. We are not responsible for any changes in shipping time that are out of our control.
During special Lazypants promotions, and during the winter holiday season, orders may take up to a week to be processed. Unfortunately, Lazypants cannot be responsible for additional shipping delays that may occur due to customs or FedEx/UPS backlogs. Please keep this in mind when ordering and allow adequate time for the delivery of holiday merchandise. Thank you for your patience and happy holidays!
Due to the custom printing of "Earth Day", "Heart", and "Zodiac" styles please allow up to 3 business days to ship.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee that orders made after December 17th will arrive before January 5, 2022.
P.O. Boxes: Due to the structure of our shipping process, we cannot ship any orders to P.O. boxes.
DISCOUNTED ITEMS/SPECIAL COLLECTIONS/PROMOTIONS
All discounted items at 20% OFF or less are eligible for a return. Items must be unworn with original tags intact and must contain original packaging before they are sent back to us.
Discounted items from 25% to 45% OFF are eligible for an in-store credit.
Please note that the following items are final sale:
- Sale and discounted items at 50% OFF or more
- Items with free initials customization
- All items in The Zodiac Collection, Earth Day Collection, Lazypants X Crohn's & Colitis Canada, and any other special collection(s)
- Gift Cards
No exchange, credit note, or refund will be offered for items mentioned in the above list and the conditions set out above will not apply. Exchanges will only be accepted if item has manufacturer defects.
VALENTINE'S DAY SALE
Styles at 30% OFF are eligible for an exchange only.
All Heart Collection Styles are final sale.
Additional 15% off is automatically applied at checkout on all "Heart" styles. No code needed. Cannot be combined with other discount codes or offers.
Order by February 11th to receive just in time for Valentine's Day. We are not responsible for any shipping delays by the carrier.
Subject to stock availability, we will exchange eligible items that are returned to us within 14 days. In cases where we are unable to provide an exchange, we will first offer a credit. The new item will be shipped to you after the returned item has been received by us and checked.
If you wish to receive a refund (see items eligible for a refund in Discounted Items section), item(s) need to be returned and reach us within 14 days of your delivery date. Please note that refunds can only be reimbursed to the card originally used to pay for the order. Your refund may take up to 30 days to appear in your account depending on your banking institution. Please note that this is outside of our control.
Your return should include the original packing slip, so that we are able to identify the return quickly and efficiently. If it is a gift, please contact us with order details at email@example.com.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
Please note, returns of damaged items will only be accepted if the goods were damaged when delivered. All items returned as damaged will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as damaged. Lazypants cannot accept responsibility for garments that have been damaged during washing if our wash instructions have not been followed. We will replace a damaged item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us about the fault.
If we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to your card to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred at the time of sale. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days and are subject to regulations. Refunds can only be made to the original card that was used to purchase the item.
For international orders, any applicable taxes and duties is included in the purchase price. No additional charges will be added once order is shipped.
If you wish to receive a refund, in the event that is eligible, any custom duties and taxes must be covered by you once you ship the return back to us. If you refuse to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order you will remain liable for the additional charges of the product/s and any Import Duty / Tax / VAT or penalty imposed by your government.
Lazypants is not responsible for any delays due to custom clearance.
