I purchased the Luxury Collection, sweatshirt style top in butter yellow and it's light weight and perfect for chilly summer evenings or windy days at the beach. The fabric is supper soft and looks great with casual attire. I'm in between a small and medium, but since it's a bit oversized I chose the small and it fits well. For reference I'm 5'3" and 130 lbs. I'm very pleased with my purchase!
When I made this order I thought that the socks came in packs of 4. If I knew what I was getting one pair per order… I NEVER would have ordered them. I first tried out your socks when they were at Costco… (in packs of at least 6 or 8) absolutely loved them! In the future if I see them at Costco again I will definitely stock up… but at those prices I won’t be ordering them directly again.
I have a pair of these and wanted more, since they fit perfectly and I love them. However, the new ones are 2.5" longer and are unwearable! I was told that "the style has changed." Great. I couldn't find any length measurements in the size chart. I was told I could send them back for a refund, but it costs $30 to do that. Add on the $16 I paid for shipping in the first place, and it just about equals the cost of the pants themselves. I guess I'll jsut have to give them to someone. What a waste of time and money.
Both the pants and top started pilling substantially after the very first wash. They also shrunk after the first wash. ( I washed them on cold and hung them to dry.) Very disappointed in the quality of the material. I emailed the company directly to provide this feedback and there was no reply.
Got the set as I have a pair I love but the fits different/weird and the quality isn’t great. Will return. Not cosy material unfortunately
The jogging suit is so comfy. Whether your lounging in the house or running errands the fit is amazing. They are true to size and a soft material. I washed them per the instructions and no shrinkage or fading of the color. I definitely will be ordering more!

I wrote another review about this order after being ignored by customer service following an issue with my delivery. Over a week after the first customer service rep stopped answering me, someone with “Vice President” in their email signoff restarted the email chain. They did not put a greeting, an apology, or a plan. It was one sentence that was very dismissive.
They made it sound like I’d been demanding(though I’d left them alone since my delivery,) and asked what they were to do about it. After I responded twice, They asked for my number to call me, but never did.
Pretty sure they only revived the email chain because of the first review but they ultimately have done nothing to resolve the experience and I’m still waiting to hear anything further from them…
I LOVE the clothing I got, but if this is what their idea of customer service is, that’s pretty unfortunate. I want to shop Canadian and support great products like this, so it’s unfortunate they don’t care about resolving issues, customer service is part of business.
I have previously bought two pairs of sweats from this company. I love them. I wanted the same sweats but in darker color. The new ones are rough and not soft at all. I was told I can return at my expense or keep them. I was also told the darker colors are not as soft as lighter colors but washing them can help soften them. If I wash them they are not returnable at all. I am very disappointed as even if I swap for lighter color of same sweat I have to pay shipping to send these ones back.
Super comfortable, super soft, however after only two washes (cold water, air dried) and simply wearing om my couch to watch tv in i have the start of a small hole which is perplexing.
I bought these in large plus the matching top in medium (I am 5 foot 4 and 130lbs) and it was PERFECTLY oversized.) Only downside is the heat pressed wording is definitely going to come off as one edge is already cracked/peeling. However honestly I’m just going to go get it embroidered on top of and that will keep it on 👍🏼 4 stars ⭐️ 🌟 💫 ✨
I bought the full set and it fit exactly as oversized as I wanted (I am 5 foot 4 and 130lbs and bought a medium hoodie and large sweatpants!) No 5 stars though because the only downside is the “Je can’t deal” is already coming off on the corner of the sweatpants :( I have an embroidery lady so I’ll probably take it to her and have her embroider on top of the words to keep it on. (the black Montréal sweatsuit looks like the working is stitched instead of heat-pressed on, so I just slightly regret not going for that option instead if the brown) All around super cozy!
My sweatpants and top arrived promptly, they are exactly what I ordered and fit true to size. Thanks for the great customer service in helping me fix a mistake I made on my original order.
I got my order about a week late. That in itself wasn’t the end of the world but the customer service rep who responded to my messages did not read what I said before causing problems such as requesting redelivery for a day I wouldn’t be home so I made a useless trip to the shipping depot and wasn’t alllwdd to have my package. She convienietly stopped responding as soon as I let her know that she’d caused a problem for me and I never heard from anyone after. The sweatsuit is incredible, but I will probably never order from this company again.
Comfy and soft. Totally worth the price. I’d get it again in more colors should it come back next year.
