1. How long will shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes up to 5 business days. During peak times (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day), delivery can take up to 2 weeks longer.
Please note: Orders placed after December 17 will ship the week of January 3.
2. What if I’m not happy with my order?
We get it, sometimes it’s not a match. Check out our [Return Policy] for all the details.
3. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
All the info is in our [Return Policy]. Short answer: you’ll find everything you need there.
4. Why are you always sold out of my size?
We produce in limited runs (quality > quantity). Good news: we’re ramping up Canadian production so more of you can live in Lazypants. Sign up for restock alerts!
5. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do!
6. Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Not at the moment,our carriers can’t deliver to P.O. boxes.
7. How do I care for my Lazypants?
Keep it simple: turn them inside out, wash cold on their own, and hang dry. Tumble dry if you must, but at your own risk!
8. I want to carry Lazypants in my store. How do I get started?

9. How do I know my size?
Check our size chart on every product page for the exact measurements. Most of our pieces, especially our core hoodies, are designed with an oversized fit. If you’re between sizes, stick with your true size for that relaxed look, or size down if you want it more fitted.
