All Holiday gift purchases made between November 20th and December 18th 2018 may be refunded or exchanged as of January 9th, 2019 to January 20th, 2019. Please ensure any and all tags are still attached and customer service is notified prior to sending. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
