Refunds & Exchanges

Have second thoughts about your purchase?  No problem.  To obtain a refund for your purchase, please first contact customerservice@shoplazypants.com to notify us of your request and reason for refund. We will guide you through the best steps to get our Lazygoods back to our warehouse. In situations where the sizing is incorrect and you need a different size, you will likely be required to pay for the shipping cost.

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of purchase. Unfortunately, past 15 days, the item is considered "Final Sale" and we can't accept it back into our warehouse.  These items must be in their original packaging with tags still attached. We won't be able to accept the return or exchange if these conditions aren't met.

Upon passing inspection, the item’s full value will be refunded via your original method of payment, or the replacement product will be sent back to you.

Holiday Refunds & Exchanges

All Holiday gift purchases made between November 20th and December 18th may be refunded or exchanged as of January 11th, 2016 to January 15th, 2016. Please ensure any and all tags are still attached and customer service is notified prior to sending. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

And Remember...

During special Lazypants promotions, and during the winter holiday season, orders may take up to a week to be processed.  Unfortunately, Lazypants cannot be responsible for additional shipping delays that may occur due to customs or FedEx/UPS backlogs. Please keep this in mind when ordering and allow adequate time for the delivery of holiday merchandise. Thank you for your patience and happy holidays!

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee that orders made after December 15th will arrive before December 25th. 

Loss of items during transit

For damage or loss of items during transit in either direction, please first contact customerservice@shoplazypants.com. Second, please file a claim with the carrier. Rebus Productions Ltd./Lazypants does not assume liability for package damage or loss during transit.

Sale Items

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on sale items. Exchanges will be accepted only for manufacturer defects. Please see above for exchange process.

Warranty Policy:

All apparel manufactured by Lazypants (Rebus Productions Ltd) is warrantied against defects in workmanship and material for 30 days from date of purchase.  Warranty claims are to be made through the retailer where the items were purchased with proof of purchase.  If the item was purchased directly through http://shoplazypants.com, please contact us at customerservice@shoplazypants.com and we will be pleased to help you.

What is not covered:

Excessive abuse or mistreatment of our products which result in a failure of our product cannot be covered by our warranty.  We appreciate that you want to climb a mountain while wearing our comfy style, but we can’t guarantee our pants will stay whole in the process.
